Take 5 Oil Change

don’t ever get a oil change done by the “assistant manager” DRAKE dude whined and complained about everything he was doing like I chose this everyday job for him or something, dude overfilled my oil instead of using the exact amount like your supposed too, spilled oil all over everything inside my hood like he don’t know how to use a funnel, then didn’t even tighten up my oil filter all the way which caused my oil to leak which gave me a “low engine oil” warning ⚠️ on my car and didn’t even reset the thing on my dash for me which I fixed all the above myself shortly after, and I’ll just say that this guy need to be drug tested too the way he was talking to me 😪 learn how to do the job properly as a manager bub if not get a replacement pretty simple! AND like he told me “I don’t care if you come back, I get paid by the hour & commission” 🤦‍♂️

They where very busy but still got everyone in and out very quick! Gabe was great and explained everything as it was happening. The Manager Whitfield was very nice and also made sure to check on all the customers and employees! Great service and great employees!

I always come back to this shop because I know I’ll be taken cared of. The consistency in customer service and communication is top notch and I’d recommend anyone to come here. The shop manager and Mia were the ones of handled my services for today and they were awesome!

Never had bad service. I actually love this place quite a bit just for the convenience. But I just had the absolute worst experience at the Hewitt location. Was over less than 100 miles and instead of the free topoff I was given a complete oil change, didnt have my tires checked window cleaned or other fluids checked. I hate giving bad reviews but times are tough and $100 is alot of money. Especially when instead of saying you dont need the oil change you go ahead and say you due for one and then dont do all the checks and stuff.

Very kind funny and professional! They made sure I was good on all points and I really appreciate that! I really loved when he gave me the sticker and said that is not when you're supposed to get your oil changed that is for you to come in and get topped off and us check everything for you. As a driver that brings an extra piece of mind. Thank you so much I will be returning! And they even offered me a water which I thought was very kind. It's the little things that go a long way! They seem to be a great team working together. Blessings!
